Corporate branding
Those looking to get the most out of their real estate holding company need more than just financial and legal expertise — a deep understanding of the property market is just as essential. That’s exactly what Dewaele Vastgoedgroep and Bank Van Breda understood when they joined forces to create a unique service tailored to real estate holding companies. MOQO was tasked with shaping the brand and building its story from the ground up.
The name marks the first milestone. Partalis blends partner, estate and advice, while also subtly echoing the word ‘talisman’, hinting at its role as a trusted guide. That idea is reinforced by an explanatory tagline and supported by a brand story and manifesto that focus on providing clarity at pivotal patrimonial moments.
Partalis is given a visual identity designed to inspire confidence. The logo is a bespoke wordmark, using a distinctive typeface with elegant spacing. It’s accompanied by an icon that fuses the ‘P’ of Partalis with an ampersand — a visual cue for collaboration between advisor and client, and a subtle nod to the joint venture behind it.
The visual identity is anchored by a soft colour palette of beige, grey and green. It comes to life in a corporate brochure, web design and stationery such as business cards, letterheads and envelopes. A detailed brand guide equips Partalis to present itself with professionalism and consistency — ready to build trust from the very first conversation.
