MOQO bvba, with registered office at Stasegemsestraat 135 8500 Kortrijk, registered with the KBO under number BE 0812.162.984, processes your personal data through the use of our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service is not intended to collect data on website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from their parent and/or guardian. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is older than 16. Consequently, we recommend parents to be involved with the online activities of their children, to prevent that data is collected about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we collected data on a minor without permission, please contact us at info@moqo.be, after which we will remove this information.

How long we store the personal data

MOQO bvba does not store your personal data any longer than strictly necessary to realise the goals for which your data was collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties

MOQO bvba transfers data to third parties only when necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to adhere to a legal obligation.

MOQO bvba uses cookies with purely technical functionality. They ensure the website functions as it should and that, for example, your preferences are remembered. At your first visit to the website, we already informed you about these cookies and asked for you permission to place them. Accessing, rectifying or erasing data

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw permission for the processing or to object against the processing of your personal data by MOQO bvba, and you have the right to data portability. That means you can submit a request to us and ask us to send you the personal data we have on you in a computer file. You can send a request for access, rectification, removal, or transfer of your personal data or your request to revoke your permission, or your objection to the processing of your personal data to info@moqo.be.

In order to ensure that the viewing request was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID card along with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the bar with numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and SSN (Rijksregisternummer). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, although always within one month. MOQO bvba would also like to point out that you have the option to submit a complaint to the national supervisory body, the Data Protection Authority.

How we secure personal data

MOQO bvba takes the protection of your data seriously and takes fitting measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted publication and unauthorised modification.
