With cohousing, you get more out of living and out of life. Since 2012, that has been the vision of Eef Tanghe and Federico Bisschop, the driving forces behind Cohousing Projects. As pioneers in professionally developed cohousing, they came to know the ins and outs of this future-oriented way of living like no one else.

This results in a methodical approach—one that was no longer reflected in their brand. MOQO took on the brand refresh with a clear mission: to translate the story of Cohousing Projects into a mature identity that can inspire a new generation of cohousers.

We injected more energy into the colour palette and simplified the logo. The playful houses made way for clean, geometric shapes that flow across the entire branding. Moreover, the serif font was updated with a contemporary variant. The imagery was completely rethought, decisively moving away from the “woolly socks” image that created the wrong perception of cohousing. Instead of large communities, the focus now lies on the architecture, high-end interior and quality of life within the projects.

Through the new storytelling and website, we also highlight the advantages of having your own private home with added possibilities. The tagline ‘live it all’ captures the essence: with cohousing, you don’t have to compromise. Thanks to active participation during the building process, you can help shape your future home and define what you need to get the most out of life.
