Corporate branding
Following their sharpened business strategy, the Global Estate Group brand was in need of a clear brand story. MOQO bent over the brand strategy and created a timeless concept in function of the strategic objectives of the property developer. We translated the sharpened missions, vision and values in a distinctive brand story with a clear core message: progressive real estate, with a positive impact on the environment. Summarised in a straightforward baseline: develop forward.
Global Estate Group is not changing course but sharpening its route. No radical rebranding, but an evolution of the existing brand identity. This vision leads to a contemporary visual concept, with respect for history and with an eye to the future. The pared-down logo goes hand in hand with the striking corporate identity. For unity in corporate and project communication, a design system was set up that allows the red sphere to be used broadly. The complementary interplay of lines provides unique recognition.
The brand goes beyond corporate online and offline communications. We also extend the branding into project communications to provide Global Estate Group with a permanent presence on every corporate site. ‘Ready-to-buy or build-to-suit, but always here to stay’ thus takes on an added dimension.
An internal launch was followed by a weeks-long online and offline teasing campaign. MOQO is an advisory and supportive partner in this, from strategy to long-termrollout.
